Hi.
I can't under WinXp with Mirc to do dcc chat to my eggdrop 1.6.6
But i can to do dcc chat with the other user.
What can i do?

Wait for the next version of mirc - there are known issues of mirc under WinXP.

But i have Mirc 5.91 and in http://www.mirc.com there's written "mIRC 5.91 - 32 bit, for Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, NT etc." ... but the Dcc chat to the eggdropo 1.6.6 don't work.
What can i do now?

What for the next version of mirc as there are known issues about DCC chat.

Read the release date for mirc 5.91 - it was well before XP was launched, so it was impossible to fix all bugs.

you have to desactivate the firewall protections that windows xp have

, if you need some more help tell... go to conection proporties...

There is another alternative if u dont want to deactivate the WinXP firewall, i found it out. /ctcp <BOT NAME> CHAT - it should send you the DCC request. I had the same problem with you

hey guys just wanted to say that i'm using windows xp and have a 1.6.6 eggdrop and i've never had any problems dcc chatting the bot.. and i am using mirc version 5.91.. so it actually should work with no problems...
