restrict the "relay" in botnet

Hi

just wondering...

when you have a botnet ( i have 3 bots linked) is the relay command is available to all users knwon to the bot ?

if so , is there a way to restrict the use of the relay command to specified flag users ?

i believe relay is bound to o|
you can check with .binds on your bot
to change it simply unbind it and bind it using different flags
