Is there a script that will allow me to use a command in the channel that will list all current bot users and those not added to the bot ?

Umm.. yes, using the chanlist command. Read all about it in the tcl-commands.doc file located in the docs/ dir that comes with the eggdrop. As for a script, do one yourself, isn't hard at all.
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.
