Are you DCCing from the same machine as you idented urself from in the first place? Can you telnet from your shell to the bot on it's telnet port? If you can telnet in check the mask settings for ur user (.match *) and also, whilst in, try DCCing in and see what error msg you get on the telnet console.

cheers

When on IRC, does your hostmask (available in a /whois) match *!jason@*.drunq.com.

In other words, does it still have .drunq.com at the end of the hostname and is your ident still jason.

If not, then this i your problem. Simply send a message to the bot
/msg <botname> ident <password>
You must be the same nickname you used to send the
/msg <botname> hello
to the bot.

If it sends a message back, saying it added a hostmask, then you should be able to DCC chat it now.

If yourmask did match, then you should check the logfiles for messages around the time of the DCC chat, and find out what went wrong on the bots end.

When you say vhost, do you mean the bots v-host, or the v-host you are using?
