Well, i spent ages typing out a nice long question with everything you could possible need to know about my problem, but i took so long it loged me out and i lost it :cry:

Here's the short version:

I would like to use httl.tcl to download the latest version of my windrops script, eg. !update will make all of my bots go and download myscript.tcl from http://myserver.com/

I have searched the forums and seen examples of how this is done, but none seem to work... i think this may be because of the fact that its windrop not eggdrop, but what do i know?

OK, false alarm... i got some help in one of the TCL channels and it appears that the error was completely my fault.

(Someone forgot to tell me to give my proc's stupid names, i was using sensible names like join....)
