I have a network with Unix/Linux and Windows machines.
Can I communitace these machine (UNIX/WINDOWS) with each other using EggDrop?
How can I do this?

yes, you can have 1 eggdrop on windows and 1 eggdrop on linux, then link them
as per your question, eggdrop does not "communicate" one OS to another.
you can use SAMBA

the botnet seems to have a real standard, you can link an eggdrop even to an win32 only GUI angelbot. of course you still have to have the same handlength
