g-line

hi all, i have 3 eggdrops ruuning on my box. sometimes, the connection drops. then the bots are trying to rejoin the server. the problem is: their ghost are still online (until ping timeout), that results in a g-line for too many connection from my host. how can i make them wait a bit longer to rejoin the server, so that their ghost are gone when they join ?

in your .conf file:
set server-cycle-wait <seconds>

increase it so it will wait longer till it reconnects.

hmm perhaps tweak the settings in your server module.. such as server-cycle-wait
