I am looking for a script that will kick some one when you say !kick and so on oh and it would be good when you say !op it ops yourself.

search in the
TCL archive you will find lots of pubic commands scripts.
you can also google for such scripts. I can suggest cmd_chan.tcl with cmd_auth.tcl its pretty good
