Hi guys,
supposedly i wanted my bot to detect server doing modes, Is there any binds for it, or do we just have to use raw events. Does anyone know how to bind/proc for it, i also need a list of raw events, does anyone know where to get a list of raw events? thanks in advance.

download the servers IRCD and look them up in the source, not all ircd's use the same numerics
