need a tcl
that kicks if you write !f*ck
and kickbans if you write !f*ckhard.
and also the !voice command should be in it to.
and it should only work if your a voiced or oped person.
and if your not you should get a ban.

so you dont have to be added in the bot just voice or op.

that wouldn't be hard to do, create pub binds for that (see tcl-commands.doc for help)

and use isvoice , isop to check your status
