Enforce chanmodes

I'm having trouble finding out how do I set the bot so it enforces the chanmodes I set.
i.e If chan is set +i and someone changes it the bot puts it right back maybe with a small delay I could set.

I think what ]Kami[ was trying to say is
.chanset #chan chanmode +nti


#chanchanmode must have been a typing error :)
