make bots in botnet share commands ?

Is there anyway that bots can share commands like .. if somone msg showcommands to one bot .. then one bot notice the first line and another msg the second one and so on .. hope somone understand

You need that if someone msg bot showcommands, then frst bot msg him i line, second second line, third third line ?

If you wanted to make that id you type one command and all use it i would know this, but i dont know this
