Timeout on userfile transfer

Hi.
I would to link two bot but when i try:

[15:07] Creating resync buffer for Slave
[15:07] Sending user file send request to Slave
[15:07] Completed userfile transfer to Slave.

but in the Slave i have this msg:

[23:08] Downloading user file from Hub
[23:09] Timeout on userfile transfer.

What's the problem?
How can i resolve this?

make sure my-ip is set and correct

i have set "my-ip" and it is correct, but i have the same problem:

the eggdrop are both 1.6.12 and have the same tcl

the compression module is off
my-ip and hostname are set correctly
the tcl can't influence to the share

i can't understand why slave go in timeout when instead hub say: "Completed userfile transfer"

no firewall...
and i have tried to increase "xfer-timeout" but no work
what's???????

i can't resolve this problem... my config is:

#### TRANSFER MODULE ####

loadmodule transfer
set max-dloads 3
set dcc-block 0
set copy-to-tmp 0
set xfer-timeout 30

#### SHARE MODULE ####

loadmodule share
set allow-resync 0
set resync-time 900
set private-global 0
set private-globals ""
set private-user 0
set override-bots 0

and Compress Module is no load...

this is an issue with the Internet connection, either the bot sending the file, or the bot receiving the file.

you can try raising the limit of timeout

if nothing else works, it could just be the Internet connection having issues and would usually resolve itself after time.
