netupdate doesn't get picked up by all bots

Hi there,

When I do a .netupdate from the hub to which all leafs are linked, it does it perfectly, except a few bots.

[10:51] <system> [01:56] netbots: sending settings/scripts to OMGWTFHI
[10:51] <system> [01:56] netbots: no files sent to OMGWTFHI

The msg netbots: no files sent to <botnick>

What could explain that?
Even when I do a netupdate <botnick> it won't process it,
after loggin into the leaf bot and see what it says then, it doesn't give an error, it just says:

[11:01] <system> [02:06] #floris# netupdate vB3Gold
[11:01] <system> Initiating transfer of settings/scripts to vB3Gold..
[11:01] <system> [02:06] netbots: sending settings/scripts to vB3Gold

Hopefully someone can give me a pointer on this.

usually files are only updated if there has been changes...this is the exact output I receive when I attempt .netupdate when there has been no changes to netset.tcl in my hub.
