I run an Eggdrop 1.6.7 under Cygwin in windows but i was wondering if there is a tcl script to make it have a different Identd as me. Like say i have an identd of jbjustin@*.* and my eggdrop have an identd of eggdrop@*.*

Yes, change your ident reply in mirc, before launching the bot.

mIRC has a built in Identd server, and as such, this is causing the reply to be the same.
