Request unique tcl

Hi all. I don`t teach 'tcl scripting' and I neeunique tcl. If someone can help me please do it.
Now. I wanna tcl how any X mins open a web page.
Y can understand what I want with this:

any X mins: run page:
http://server.net/stats/update.php?mode ... TCLsLoaded

My idea is posting of this vars.

Well... he wants a script for an IRC stats page that updates every few minutes.
webby you are better served searching the TCL Archives. There are plenty of stats scripts available.

I have 10 eggdrops on 10 machines. I want a stats from anyone in one page:
Botnicks
Uptimes
Servers
partyline users
tcls
channels...

Do u understand me now what I want?
