the bot kicks and bans himself when i tell him to deop somebody or deop me

Re-check the settings in the script you are using also the settings in your configuration. Dynamic & static channel settings may need looging at.

Paste the script over here so we may take a look at it, as well, to see what the actual code is, and why is the bot doing something totally different, from what it is instructed to do.
