Eggdrop tilts

When eggdrop drops from IRC like this: -21:42- *** Kaisa has quit IRC (Ping timeout for Kaisa[ircbot.zoo-gate.fi]) and after that bot cames back: -22:12- *** Kaisa has joined #Kompassi

When the bot has came back it has op again and If I use for example: .op Me #channel
Bot answers: I'm not on #channel

This problem cames when bot has left IRC for a while. How can I fix this problem or what's the problem anyway?

This problem appears also when I use command .restart
