I have a little problkem with /msg botnick ident password, it doesnt happen anything,

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

I think they disable the ident command by default now, so check your config file for
unbind msg - ident *msg:ident
and comment that line out, then resteard your bot.

You might want to actually CHANGE it to something else but figure out how to get it going before you decide to change it :)
