yeah... i have missed this function in my own boards several times.
i think there is a mod which makes merging possible, but i'm not sure...

You'll have to let me know where such a mod is; I don't enjoy trying to find stuff on phpbb's forum because the lack of a topic search makes it tedious

Plz, say that the posts are useful or some readers will try to have 1000 posts (flood?) without saying anything interesting

The post number is really just symbolic; an excuse to recognise someone who has made a contribution for a long time. I do believe in
quality over quantity.
