nat / dcc / ctcp problem

Post by xeion »

I have my eggdrop behind NAT and I have set nat-ip to the external ip and I have set reseved-portrange and forwarded those ports, I have even forwarded the telnet port (I dont know why I even need a telnet port, I would prefer not to have a telnet port, only accessing the bot through dcc / ctcp)

When I try to connect using either dcc or ctcp chat I get "unable to connect", in the bog log files it looks like the conection is opened, or that the bot is waiting for a connect, I have tried everyting I can think of, nothing seems to help :(

btw, the client Im trying to connect from is behind the same nat, not on the same computer but behind the same nat.
