help user join chan

i have a eggdrop and i have 2 channel #dalat & #wotter .when user join my chan #dalat i want to my bot say in my chan : well come to #dalat have fun!"
how I make it ?

I think he wanted his bot to say in the channel, so modifying this a bit will result into:
