For some reson, eggdrop don't care too much about chan bans time sended after mode #chan +b on join for each ban.

:srv.UnderNet.Org 367 Botnick #Chan *!*@ionij.md NickOfWhosetban 1110287726
It's just start counting a ban time from 0 (from moment when chan ban are received) and the setted time(the bold part at end of each ban) is just ignored..
It seem what [chanbans $chan] can't be updated manually, and i need to know how much time ago the ban was setted..
Is there any solution ?

yes there is
bind raw to numerics 367 (ban info) and 368 (end of ban list), issue the command MODE #channel b and parse server's output

btw: that timestamp is worth nothing unless you know the current time on the server.
Have you ever read "The Manual"?
