MySQL for Eggdrop TCL

Post by Fussi »

I know this has been asked many times before, but i cant find a suiteable solution.
What is the best mysql-mod for eggdrop-tcl scripts? There are so many modules, i dont want to do trial and error to find the best (a working) one

probably mysqltcl, which is not made specifically for eggdrop, hence higher quality than some amateur eggdrop mod

File: README-msqltcl:

> See the file INSTALL.

There is no file called "INSTALL"...
And, no forum to ask :( Any idea how to install that on SuSE 9.0?

I've been using BarkerJr's mysql module for years without any problems.

http://www.xdobry.de/mysqltcl ? yes.
I got it to work, used the FreeBSD version.
The test .tcl scripts are working now i'll see if the eggdrop scripts are working too.
