cup bot

hi, i'm looking to start a cup on my irc channel for counter strike. i would like to run the cup from my eggdrop. searched the net for days not found any scripts. going to attempt making it myself. can anyone help me, give me any tips or snippers of code to gegt started?

admin commands !start/stop !changeprize !setmaps number of teams etc etc.
public commands !maps !teams !prize

other teams can enter their teams by typing !addteam or something then it works though quarter finals semis then final. ill try and find my attempt at script. didnt bring it back with me :/

your are in luck, because im currently in the middle of writing a cupbot script, it will be finished soon, i will post asap when my script is finished, and ill add to the tcl archive!!

i just need to make a !add and !remove system, its gona be hard, never built a script like this before ;p
