normal bans in undernet = 45 bans

if he ban via x he can add 300, thats why. and maybe he has more than 45 blacklisted hosts that he wants to read them from a file

If you are this sure that more than 45bans cannot be Set?.. go and check #Chatzone channel banlist, you can see more than 150 bans already set there. after 45 bans X wont be able to set a ban on the active bans it will only kick

X bans are also made via the chan banlist and if banned via X chanbanlist can hold 300 bans...
