I've used CVS to update. The problem I am having now is, I can not dcc chat any of the 3 eggdrops I have updated and restarted. There is no problem telnetting at all. Take a look at your leaf(s) config, check this setting:

set private-globals "mnot"

As you can see in the above, the flags "mnot' are filtered/stripped as the users file is xfered to the leaf(s).

Something to also concider dusk, is the rc1 is being constantly updated. They may have already heard of the logging problem and did the fix.

One thing to concider also is the software you are using to connect to the partyline. ex: irc client, telnet client.
