Botnick.tcl has a bug (in tcl section you can find it)

I have tried to changes the botnick to, but I
only got an error...

I changes the botnick in the cofig-file...but it would be easier to do it in the bot...

I wouldn't call that a bug, just a little something the author of the script might have forgotten to mention :smile:

Just change this in your config file:
set keep-nick 1
change it to 0, rehash the bot, and then try the .botnick command again. It'll work without any problems.

The script botnick.tcl that is posted in http://www.egghelp.org/cgi-bin/tclarchi ... &results=1 was not the original copy.

The original copy is made by Slennox :smile:

You may however get the original version from http://www.egghelp.org/mytcl/botnick1.0.tcl.gz
