Adding/taking to/from my previous comments.
Today I did have a problem and the UH staff were quick to solve my problem.
Even though they already had other problems which they were sorting and they had other customers needing support.
They also let all customers know what was happening which was appreciated..
Maybe I shouldnt have been so harsh in my original judgement, Nobody can be perfect or have brilliant connection/stability but I feel they do try to provide this service.
