when i dccsend to a bot I get

Refused DCC SEND test.txt (no access):

How do I fix this?
is this in the bots config file?

x xfer (user has file-area access)
j janitor (user is a file-area master)

x is most likely what you're looking for

no changing the flags didn't work.

God there has to be a way to send a file from one bot to another bot!

DCC Sending, as per your stated question, is not part of a tcl script problem for the error of '(no access)'.

You originally said that YOU were unable to send a file to your bot, now you are saying that another BOT is unable to send a file to another BOT.
Which is it?

Adding the suggested flags should have helped, or atleast changed the error message that you are getting. Check your partyline for a new error message.
