I use "Eggdrop v1.6.13" and the bot joins automatic into the channel.
But i have this problem only on one server. By on another server it works perfectly with the same configuration.

The problem is that the bot is only a few seconds in the irc-network. Then the connection is closed and the process winmgr.exe stops.

Then this appears to be an Operating System problem. Check your logs: ~Performance and Maintenance~Administrative Tools~Event Viewer; also read your Windrop logs for any clues.
