Bot parts after a few seconds

Post by elimenar »

The eggdrop bot joins but after some seconds he leaves:

|19:05:49| * Joins: nbot (~nbot@......)
|19:05:50| * Parts: nbot (~nbot@......)

I use "Eggdrop v1.6.13" and the bot joins automatic into the channel.
But i have this problem only on one server. By on another server it works perfectly with the same configuration.

The problem is that the bot is only a few seconds in the irc-network. Then the connection is closed and the process winmgr.exe stops.

Then this appears to be an Operating System problem. Check your logs: ~Performance and Maintenance~Administrative Tools~Event Viewer; also read your Windrop logs for any clues.

I found out the real poblem. Now i get this error message when i want to start eggdrop:

[22:02] Tcl error in file 'eggdrop.conf' :
[22:02] couldn`t read file "scripts/log.tcl´": permission denied
...

But i don`t know why there is these error. Eggdrop has the permission for this file.
