clock clicks -microseconds => Only @ tcl > 8.3?

Hi, I have seen that there is the option to use the parmeter -microseconds to the clock-command to get the result in microseconds. This feature cannot be found in the tcl manual from version 8.3. Could anyone please tell me, if this is a new feature, added in a newer version of TCL. If so, what vers...

bind SPLT & bind SIGN

Hello,

I just wanted to know if the proc related with the bind SIGN will also be triggered, when the netsplit proc triggers.

When there`s a netsplit, does the bot trigger this as a netsplit ANd as a signoff or just as a netsplit...

No, I just want to know what exactly 5:60 means!

Does it mean that 5 action in 60 seconds are allowed, or that 5 actions are allready too much?

flood detection

Hi, I want to use a script with a flood detection, but I still have some questions: First of all I am not sure what is meant by some flood values like 5:60. Does this mean: 5 repeats in 60 seconds are fine, or 5 repeats in 60 seconds are allready detected as an flood? I guessed the fifth repeat with...

Problems with userfile-sharing

Hello, I am running the latest CVS version of eggdrop, and I want to link them. I setup everything like written under "enhanced", the flags are fine, all eggdrops are set with +shared, but whenever they want to share the userfile the leaf bot responds this: [Saturday, 12.07.2003 - 11:54:58...

trigger on ignore

Hello, I just edited my eggdrop.conf, but I don`t understand the var trigger-on-ignore. # If you want Eggdrop to trigger binds for ignored users, set this to 1. set trigger-on-ignore 0 If I set this to 0, then binds will not be executed if an user is ignored. But what will haben to binds like join? ...

The last problem. If someone say "#abc abc abc", then not only "#abc" is saved to $match, but the whole string

You could add this to your eggdrop.conf: putserv "PRIVMSG #channel :.rehashed..." Everytime you .rehash the bot willprint this. If you are starting the eggdrop for the first time or you just restart it, it will not print this message, because he is not on the channel, when the rahshing is ...
