The problem was another thing: I dind`t user set hostname, and even both run on the same IP they didn`t know which Hostname they should use. After setting up the hostname all worked fine.

You could add this to your eggdrop.conf: putserv "PRIVMSG #channel :.rehashed..." Everytime you .rehash the bot willprint this. If you are starting the eggdrop for the first time or you just restart it, it will not print this message, because he is not on the channel, when the rahshing is ...

Well I think it`s better to catch EVERYTHINK against the # and just split the result string to get the channel. This will also work for every speacial char...
