Many ppl have same problems. Actually it isn't problem. You probably added correct flags, and I bet that there isn't problem with any tcl, but take a closer look in your config file. Change "set require-p 0" into "set require-p 1" and problem will be probably (I hope =) solved. }...

Don't forget to mail choosen shell providers if their server could connect on choosen network. Many of them are k-lined on some biggest networks. Especially IRCnet..
